| Client calls CareerSolutions and a personal one hour phone
appointment is scheduled. |
| At least 3 days prior to your appointment, you send us:

| a completed personality profile survey (10 minutes to complete) |
| a written summary of your 3 most rewarding work experiences (one
paragraph per story) |

| Your phone appointment is next, upon completion of which you will receive:
