About Us

Neil Mairs has been serving major corporations and qualified candidates for over 12 years as the President of Solutions Recruiting – a full service recruiting and career services organization.

Neil received a BA and MBA from the University of Rochester, completing both degrees in five years, while also participating in three intercollegiate sports of football, hockey and powerlifting. In addition, he is a former World Junior and U.S. Collegiate powerlifting champion.

Prior to his position at Solutions Recruiting, Neil worked at such leading organizations as:

• Kraft General Foods – his division helped produce five future CEO’s.
• Cadbury Schweppes – in the area of field marketing management and systems marketing, domestically and internationally.
• Omni Services – he served as Vice President of Sales with responsibility for a 200-person sales force.

Neil is originally from Rochester, NY but now resides in Culpeper, VA. He has two children, Louis and Colleen, with whom he is actively involved while also still playing hockey. He is a board member of Hospice of the Rapidan and is currently working on a book and an enhanced set of web tools for job seekers.
